I am offering Individual, Couples, and Family therapy which is provided via secure Telehealth in the convenience of your home or private space, via phone or in person. Therapy is designed to help you achieve your goals and needs. Whether you are looking to develop new coping skills, have a safe supportive space to process feelings or needing support during a life transition, this is a great place to start. Together, we will explore areas in your life that feel unsettling to you, whether it is learning new ways of expression and communication, or how you approach relationships in your life. By tapping into your inner wisdom we will find a place where you feel greater satisfaction and peace.
Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Attendance Consideration:
In order to make the most of our time please ensure that you are ready to start the phone, video call on time. I will provide you with tips on getting ready for sessions from home to get the most out of your experience and to make this truly your time.
Cancellation Policy:
Please remember to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. This allows me time to schedule someone else on my waitlist. To cancel your appointment please call or text: 530-517-5111
Payment Form:
Currently at this time I am considered an out of network provider. If you would like to request reimbursement from your insurance company, I can provide you will a documentation for services that may be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance carrier before our first appointment to determine your insurance benefits.
